In this I love that the author, Charliejeane gives examples and simplifies the process. Also the cover is simple but unique in that it’s not girly and doesn’t have IBS written on it like all the others. Embarrassing when you have it out as a senior manager!
It was easy to use and I couldn’t believe how things came to light.
I bought the paperback but have now just purchased the hard copy for future use. Highly recommend this if you’re serious about sorting out IBS. Thank you."

"I’m not usually one for journals, but this one’s different.
I like it because it's straightforward, well laid out, and doesn’t look medical or like all those other IBS diaries.
I also like that it tells you exactly what to track because I didn't realise all the things that can hurt my IBS.
After a few weeks of using it, I've realised there's things I've been doing (and haven't been doing!!) so it's been really helpful.
If you’ve got IBS and actually want to do something about it, this is a great place to start and definitely worth every penny."
